10.30 am - at the same time as the Sunday service
We welcome children and young people up to the age of 20 to join our interactive Sunday School classes, either in-person or on Zoom.
Who can come?
All children and young people up to age 20, who want to learn about the Bible and the power of prayer, are welcome in our Sunday School.
What goes on?
Younger children share favourite Bible passages and stories including the Lord’s prayer, the Ten Commandments and the Sermon on the Mount.
As pupils progress, they become more familiar with the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, Science & Health with Key to the Scriptures. This book was written by the founder of the religion, Mary Baker Eddy. Through reading, discussing and praying, all our pupils learn how spiritual understanding helps us in every aspect of our lives.
Who is there?
Along with our lively and inquisitive pupils, we have inspiring and supportive teachers who are experienced Christian Scientists. Everyone looks forward to welcoming you!
Where and when does it happen?
Sunday School meets in the church building in Hare Lane Claygate, and online, every Sunday morning from 10.30 to 11.30 (the same time as our church services).
